About Maddy
Growing up in the vibrant fashion scene of Los Angeles and and raised in the sun-soaked atmosphere of San Diego, my journey into men’s fashion began with a deep admiration for style passed down from my impeccably dressed father. This led me to pursue studies in fashion merchandising and business at Texas Christian University.
The turning point in my fashion journey came one summer before my senior year, when I returned to Los Angeles. There, I immersed myself in men’s celebrity styling, learning from seasoned professionals. Days were filled with trips to Rodeo Drive, fitting bespoke suits, and attending fittings in the luxurious homes of high-profile clients. This experience ignited my passion for men’s fashion.
After college, I faced a career crossroads and chose the stability of corporate life, landing a role as a merchandise coordinator at Neiman Marcus. This job provided invaluable insights into the inner workings of the fashion industry, enriching my expertise.
Despite the security of corporate life, I couldn’t resist the pull of creativity and personal expression. It all changed when I posted a single video about men’s fashion on TikTok, which unexpectedly went viral. This marked the beginning of a side hustle that, fueled by passion and viral success, eventually became my full-time career as a men’s fashion stylist.
